Baked Chicken and Potatoes with Bechamel Sauce Recipe

In this video we will show you how to make baked mozzarella chicken breast with bechamel sauce and baked potatoes. It's pretty simple and very nutritious. Step by step you will learn bechamel sauce chicken recipe. People love bechamel sauce taste with lasagna, it's also turn amazing with chicken breast. Mozzarella top color, will turn golden brown, you will love this image so much.
Preparation for bechamel chicken: Transfer sliced potatoes into a pyrex tray Salt - Blackpepper - Thyme Olive oil Place the potatoes On 200C(400F) pre-heated oven, bake for around 20 minutes (It shouldnt become golden brown) Pour vegetable oil into a pan and then fry the onions Add sliced garlic When it color turn white add red peppers and Italian peppers, add tomato paste add black pepper, paprika, salt now let's start to make bechamel sauce Preparation for Bechamel Sauce Transfer the butter into a pot Add in the flour Gradually stir in the milk Keep stirring, let it boil for 5 minutes Season with black pepper and salt Turn the heat off and let it chill Transfer onto half baked potatoes Spread some mozzarella cheese on it Bake for about 25-30 minutes on 200C (400F) pre heated oven

For --Bechamel Sauce Ingredients:
-2 tablespoons flour

-50g Butter
-1 Teaspoon salt
-A Pinch black pepper
For --Potatoes:
-3 medium size potatoes
Half a teaspoon of salt
-1 Teaspoon thyme
Half a teaspoon of red pepper
-2 Tablespoons olive oil
100gr grated mozzarella

Ingredients

Chicken breast
1 Onion
1 Red Pepper
1 Green pepper
4 Tablespoons oil
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 Teaspoon paprika
1 Teaspoon salt

For --Bechamel Sauce Ingredients:
2 tablespoons flour
3 Cups milk
50g Butter
1 Teaspoon salt
A Pinch black pepper

For --Potatoes:
3 medium size potatoes
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon thyme
1 Teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil

Chicken and Potato Casserole with Bechamel Sauce

Preheat the oven to 330°F/165°C.
Add the potatoes in an oven tray. Season them with dried thyme, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Make sure all of them are covered with spices and oil.
Roast them for the next 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can take care of the chicken. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook it for 6-7 minutes. Add the onion, and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the bell peppers, chilies, and season with chili flakes.
Add the tomato paste, stir, and leave it on heat for 2 more minutes.
Take out the roasted potatoes and top them with the cooked chicken.
Now for the Béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a skillet. Slowly add the flour, while vigorously whisking, so it can be absorbed into the butter.
Pour the milk and keep whisking until the sauce becomes smooth and thick. Season with nutmeg, and turn off the heat. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Slide the tray into the oven for the next 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
6 Chicken Thighs
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
6 medium Potatoes
Olive oil
4 cups spinach (Use as much as you want)
1/4 cup butter (I used unsalted)
4 cloves garlic
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Whole milk
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Chicken Bouillon cube
3 Tablespoon fresh parsley
3 Tablespoons fresh basil

DIRECTIONS
* Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, thyme,
rosemary and paprika
* Season chicken thighs on both sides with the spice mixture
*Wrap seasoned chicken and place in the fridge to marinate for at
least 1 hour
* While chicken is marinating, cut each of the potatoes into 8 equal
pieces
*Transfer the potatoes into a baking pan
*Drizzle olive oil on the potatoes and season with salt and pepper
*Partially bake the potatoes in 400F / 204C preheated oven for 30 minutes
* When the chicken is done marinating, sear them in heated oil, skin side down, 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
* Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside for later
* In the same pan, saute the spinach until they wilt down
*Remove the spinach from the pan and set aside for later
*In the same pan, completely melt the butter
*Add the garlic and saute until it gets fragrant
* Add the flour and cook for a minute to kick out the flour taste
* Add the chicken broth, and let the sauce cook and
thicken
* Add the milk, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chicken bouillon cube, freshly chopped parsley and basil, then cook for a minute to let the flavors come together
* When the potatoes come out of the oven, place the chicken on them, then add the spinach and the sauce
* Bake in a 400F / 204C oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F / 74C and the potatoes are fully cooked through.
* When it comes out of the oven, let it sit for 10 minutes before serving

This dish is very delicious and simple to make.
It uses everyday ingredients, which you probably
Have in your kitchen.

Ingredients for the potatoe base:

3 Medium potatoes
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Thyme
2 tbs. Olive oil

Ingredients for the chicken filling:

4 tbs. Olive oil
1 Medium onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper
1 Yellow pepper
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
3 Chicken breast
3 tbs. Tomato paste

Ingredients for the Béchamel sauce:

1/4 Cup butter
3 tbs. Butter
3 Cups of milk
1 1/4 tsp. Salt Or to your taste
A pinch of pepper or to taste

**Note**

Make your own sauce, because the sauce you buy in a jar in the
Supermarket will not make it taste good.

Always make fresh homemade sauces!!

Ingredients for the top:

1 bag of Mozzarella cheese of 250 gm / 2 1/2 Cups

HOW TO MAKE A CREAMY CHICKEN POTATO BAKE - Greg's Kitchen

Chicken Stuffed Baked Potatoes Recipe

Chicken stuffed baked potatoes is a delicious healthy dish that potato lovers will enjoy either for brunch, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Makes 8 servings

4 medium potatoes
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 chicken breast, (about 200g) cut in small pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley
1 cup (100g) grated cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
½ tsp (1g) nutmeg, optional



1. Preheat oven to 450°F(230°C). Scrub potatoes, pierce them with a fork. Transfer to a baking sheet Brush or spray the potatoes with olive oil and bake for 40-45 minutes or until tender.

2. Meanwhile prepare the filling. In a large frying pan heat oil or butter over medium high heat. Saute the onion with garlic for about 5 minutes until soft. Add red pepper and chicken small pieces and cook until meat is cooked through. Stir in fresh parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper and remove from heat.

3. When the potatoes are cool enough to handle cut potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop the interior out of each leaving about 1/4 inch shell of potato flesh and skin. Mash slightly the scooped-out potato, add to filling mixture, and stir.

4. Turn the oven to 480°F (250°C). Fill the potato shells with the filling mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with mixed cheese on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes until potatoes turn golden brown.

5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or sour cream or alongside a fresh salad.

Lemon Garlic Chicken and Potato Bake

A Beautiful Middle Eastern Dish of Lemon Garlic Chicken Potato Bake, Nice and Easy to Make.

Recipe Below,

Ingredients :

1 kilo Mary land fillet cut up into 4 pieces

5 red potato (red bliss)

3 whole large juiced lemons

3 cloves of galic crushed

1/2 cup of water

salt and pepper to season.

3 tbs olive oil

Method:

Pre heat your oven on 180 c

1. season your chicken with salt and pepper i personally like to use ras el hanout spices but this is optional. and rub well with olive oil.

2. chop you potato into 4 length way.

3. place both chicken and potato into a non stick baking tray and cover with aluminium foil and place in the oven for 30 min or until the potato is tender and chicken is cooked through.

4. uncover the baking tray and place back into the oven until the potato and chicken are nice a golden in colour.

5. mix the garlic lemon and water in a bowl and season with a little salt and pour the mixture on top of the chicken and potato and place in the oven for a further ten min so the chicken and potato both absorb some of the beautiful flavors.

6. take it out of the oven and make sure to dip some bread in those left over pan juices while eating.

Roasted Garlic Potatoes Recipe

Hi Guys, today I’m going to show you how to make tasty Roasted Garlic Potatoes. PRINT RECIPE:

Heat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. We’ll need 4 potatoes peeled and cut into wedges. Toss the potatoes with 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Cut off the top of 1 head of garlic and place in a piece of foil. Drizzle a little olive oil on top and rub all over. Cover it up and put it on the same baking sheet. Roast the potatoes for 25 minutes and turn over the pieces. Roast another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

If you want a complete meal, roast a chicken at the same time as the potatoes. Click on the link below to use my easy roasted chicken recipe and you’ll have dinner in under an hour.


Open the foil packet and look at that garlic, it’s soft and a beautiful amber color. Squeeze out the garlic cloves. Remove any of the peel that may have fallen in. Mash the soft garlic into a paste. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan. Add the mashed garlic and stir into the butter. Add 2 tbsps chopped parsley and stir. Spoon the garlic sauce over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
