1. Béchamel Chicken

There's something about a real bolognese lasagna that's unforgettable. The combination of a hearty meat sauce with the buttery smoothness of the traditional white béchamel sauce – it's one of those simple but perfect flavor marriages that makes Bologna one of the food capitals of the world. However, before you attempt the culinary Mount Everest of the lasagna, we recommend you practice those sauce skills. And wouldn't you know it? This baked chicken dish is just the trick. RECIPE:

2. Chicken Avocado Fiesta Salad

The avocado is very trendy, with one reason being that it's very healthy thanks to its many unsaturated fatty acids. But avocado toast is so boring, and indeed the berry (yes, the avocado belongs to the berry family!) is more versatile than many believe, so why not try a refreshing avocado salad? You'll love it even more after seeing it's served in an edible tortilla bowl! RECIPE:

3. Chicken & Spinach In A Lemon Sauce

If Popeye the Sailor Man were to cook dinner for his beloved Olive Oyl, this dish would certainly be at the top of his list. Simple and satisfying, the following recipe offers a delicious new way to serve chicken breasts. The best part? Popeye's favorite superfood is included. Ahoy! RECIPE:

4. Oven-Roasted Chicken & Vegetables

As they like to think they're the main attraction, chicken breast filets are usually kept apart from their accompaniments on the plate. But if you find this too boring and are in the mood for more than just one or two veggie sides, you should give our oven-roasted vegetable dish with chicken recipe a try! RECIPE:

5. Cheesy Chicken Parmesan

Some people will have you think that the three most important words in the English language are: I love you. Wrong. They're actually: Stuffed with cheese. This cordon bleu meets schnitzel meets chicken parmigiana dish is the recipe you've been waiting for your entire life, and it's entirely possible you'll find yourself uttering those other three little words to your plate once this comes out of the oven. RECIPE:

6. Hainanese Chicken Rice With 3 Sauces

Looking to make a yummy chicken and rice meal, but uncertain when it comes to flavor? Well, now there's no need to labor over various options. With this Asian-inspired recipe idea, dinner is served with three delicious sauces! The best part? You'll need little more than one frying pan. RECIPE:

7. Caprese Hasselback Chicken

A nice, light Italian dish is the perfect addition to any potluck, BBQ, or dinner party, and Caprese salad certainly delivers. Tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil perfectly complement each other, but there's always room to grow, and so we dared to experiment with the Holy Trinity of the culinary world.  Stuff your fresh ingredients into a chicken breast, drizzle some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and pesto over the top, and you're good to go! RECIPE:

8. Chicken Pasta Pomodoro

In its homeland, pasta is usually served as a first course and followed by a heartier dish as the main course. But in the rest of the world, pasta has become a popular meal. And why not? It's easy to prepare and can be combined with all sorts of different sauces and toppings to create a vast array of tasty meals. For this recipe, however, we're going back to basics with a classic tomato topping and adding something a little different! RECIPE:

9. Spinach-Stuffed Hasselback Chicken

Flavor is important, but creativity and experimentation shouldn't be underestimated. Unfortunately, many people fall into a rut in the kitchen and end up making the same old dishes time after time. Some of us tend to forget that there's a whole world of amazing culinary ideas and exotic flavors out there and its just begging to be explored. With this in mind, we've taken a simple chicken breast and done something quite exciting with it. RECIPE:

Delicious Chinese Dish In 3 Layers

3-In-1 Stuffed Chinese Dumplings ⬇️ FULL RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ Dumplings are a staple of Chinese cuisine and there are a ton of different ways to prepare them. The fillings can consist of anything from veggies to pork to ground beef, while the dough that keeps all that juicy and flavorful deliciousness safe can range from a steamed wrapper to pan-fried crispy envelopes. The most popular and commonly known of the Chinese dumpling is called jiaozi, which is what we're going to show you how to make today. But this isn't just your standard dumpling. No, we have 3 different dumplings rolled into one filled with juicy pork, melty cheese, and vegetables!

Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe for a first-hand look at all our best recipes and cooking hacks:

******************************************************

You'll Need (for 4-5):

For the dough:

- 2 cups flour
- ⅔ cup hot water
- ½ tsp salt

For the vegetable filling:

- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and riced
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 4 oz napa cabbage, chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
- 3 tbsp chopped sugar snap peas
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

For the cheese filling:

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the beef filling:

- 10 oz ground beef
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp five spice powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions

Here's How:

1. First prepare the dough. Add the salt to the hot water, and then in a separate bowl, add the water to the flour and knead the dough for 10 minutes with a hand mixer until smooth. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, boil the potatoes and then put them through a potato ricer.

2. Now you can get started on the vegetable filling. Add the sesame oil to a skillet and throw in the carrot, bell peppers, sugar snap peas, and napa cabbage. Season everything with salt, pepper, and cilantro. Saute the veggies, fold in the mashed potatoes, remove the skillet from the heat, and let everything cool down.

3. Add the ground beef, tomato paste, ginger, salt, pepper, five spice powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and scallions to a bowl and mix everything together. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour for the best results.

4. Flour your workspace with corn starch to prevent the dough from sticking. Cut off a small piece of dough and roll it out into a circle. Add a spoonful of the vegetable filling to the dough circle and twist it closed so it looks like a classic Chinese dumpling. Fill a pot with water and put a sieve in it. Place the dumpling in the sieve and cover the pot with a lid. Let the dumpling steam for about 10-12 minutes and then let it cool.

5. Cut off another piece of dough, roll it out into a circle, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Place the cooked dumpling on top of the cheese and close the dough. Steam this double dumpling for about 10-12 minutes.

6. Cut off another piece of dough and roll it out into a circle. Make sure that the circle is bigger than the ones before. Spread the ground beef filling on top, place the cooked double dumpling in the center of the dough circle, and close it again to make it look like a traditional dumpling. Steam this triple dumpling for about 10-12 minutes, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and serve with soy sauce.

Dumplings are the perfect alternative and/or accompaniment to spring rolls and wonton. Plus, they're not that hard to make and so much better than anything you can get at a restaurant. And the filling is basically a blank canvas for whatever you feel like – chicken or beef or anything under the sun that sounds good to you! You'll Need (for 3 portions):

- salt
- 3 chicken breasts
- 5 oz shredded mozzarella
- flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- bread crumbs
- 13½ fl oz tomato sauce
- oil for frying
- 3½ oz grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped

Here's How:

1. Sprinkle your work area with salt. Place a chicken breast on top, sprinkle some salt on it, and cut the meat half-way through on one side so that you will be able to stuff it. Fill with mozzarella and then firmly squeeze the meat together. Repeat with the rest of the chicken breasts.

2. Dredge the stuffed chicken breasts in the flour, egg wash, and finally in the bread crumbs. Make sure the chicken breast is entirely coated in bread crumbs and the final coating doesn't flake off. Repeat with the rest of the stuffed chicken breasts.

3. Fry the breaded chicken breasts in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

4. Fill a casserole dish with about three quarters of the tomato sauce and place the fried chicken breasts on top. Spread the rest of the tomato sauce on the meat.

5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and basil on the breaded chicken breasts, put the casserole dish in the oven, and bake at 360°F for 20 minutes.

Cut an X Into 10 Potatoes To Make Something Spectacular After 45 Mins

Brazilian Escondidinho: A Delicious Medley Of Beef, Mashed Potatoes & Cheese | Everything tastes better when you bake cheese on top of it, right? That's certainly the case with Shepherd's Pie, which brings together a simply divine mix of tender meat, creamy potatoes and cheesy crust. Today's recipe gives this English classic a Brazilian twist and goes by the name escondidinho, which literally translates as little hidden one. ******************************************************

You'll Need:

For the bolognese sauce:

- 3 lb beef (suitable for braising)
- 10 fl oz beef stock
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 19 oz chopped tomatoes
- 6 oz diced onions
- 3 diced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp coarse pepper

For the mashed potatoes:

- 3 lb potatoes (floury)
- 3 fl oz olive oil
- salt
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 3 oz butter
- 8 oz grated cheese

Here's How:

1. Wash the unpeeled potatoes, cut an X into each one and place them on a baking tray. Pour oil onto the potatoes and sprinkle on a generous amount of salt. Bake the potatoes at 325°F for 45 minutes until they're nice and soft.

2. Meanwhile, mix the onions, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper with the chopped tomatoes. Cut the beef into small pieces and fry them in oil. Next, add the beef stock, paprika and chopped tomato mixture. Leave the bolognese sauce to simmer.

Tip: We recommend using a cast-iron pan so you can place it in the oven later.

3. Leave the potatoes to cool until they can be held. Cut them in halve and spoon out the insides.

4. Now mix the potato with cream cheese and butter. Spread the mash on top of the bolognese sauce.

5. To finish, sprinkle some cheese onto the mash and bake everything at 425°F for 10 minutes.

Mmm... The mix of meat, potatoes and cheese truly is a perfect combination! Dig in!
