15 HABITS THAT MAY KILL YOU

HARMFUL HABITS

These habits are really shocking but that's the ugly truth. You probably haven't realized that we do most of these almost every day.

During her lifetime, a woman eats 1.5 kg of lipstick if she uses it every day. Here's what ends up not only on her lips, but also inside of her:

WAX
- paraffin accumulates in the liver, kidneys and lymph glands.
- vaseline dries the skin of your lips.
- lanolin disrupts the work of the stomach and intestine.

SYNTHETIC COLORINGS
- carmine can cause skin irritation or allergies.
- mica and silica, these produce the glimmering effect, but can cause skin irritation.

PRESERVATIVES disrupt the work of the internal organs.

AROMATIZERS can cause strong allergic reactions.

AROMA AGENTS raise blood pressure and cause migraines.

Try to use lipstick with more natural ingredients. Instead of lipstick, use lip balm more often. It's colorless, and therefore less harmful.
Don't ever squeeze blackheads!

The core won't fully come out. The skin will be damaged and inflamation will occur. Don't squeeze them in the 'danger zone'. This risks the appearance of the infections in the brain.

Blackheads are easily confused with moles. Don't use tweezers or needles to remove them. You can damage the facial nerve. Plus frequent squeezing of blackheads exhausts the skin's resources. Scars and slashes can be left on the face.

Try to avoid these harmful habits. Stay safe and sound! ; )

1:06 Eat, Drink and be Merry
If you’re looking to improve your voice then the first thing you need to do is treat your body the same way a professional athlete treat’s theirs. You are a vocal athlete! This means that everything you do will have an impact on your voice.

2:01 Choose the Wrong Singing Teacher
Every professional athlete has a coach someone to observe, instruct and correct. Singers are no different. We need someone who can watch, listen and provide feedback for the refinement of our voice. This being said, it’s really important that you choose the right singing teacher for you.

3:14 Sing when you are Sick
Singing while you’re sick is simply not worth the risk to your vocal health. Please heed this warning: you can do significant damage to your voice during one set of songs – especially if the health of the voice is already compromised due to general illness.

4:26 Deny you have a vocal problem
Raspiness, inconsistent tone, an inability to maintain pitch, and reduced vocal stamina are all signs that your voice has been compromised. This doesn’t necessarily mean that your voice has sustained damage of a pathological nature. We spend a lot of time as singers worrying about the health of our larynx. We should pay equal attention to the health of our ears. Let’s face it, if you can’t hear well your singing is going to become a darn sight harder.

6:42 Habitually Clear Your Throat
When you get into the poor habit of slamming your vocal folds together every few minutes the vocal folds respond by swelling in order to cushion and protect themselves from the repetitive impact. You already know that swollen vocal folds is not a good thing and adds to general wear and tear of the voice. If you want to look after your voice…stop all that throat clearing and replace it with a simple swallow instead.

Miniature art takes a lot of effort and skill to create. You have to make precise moves in order to make your sculptures come to life and look realistic. In this video, I show you some fabulous miniature art tutorials that will help you create incredible sculptures to decorate your home and improve your art skills.
For your barbie dolls, you can use a button, a cut-out straw piece, and glue lid to make a reading a lamp.
You can also use box office clips, dress them in some colorful fabric and make your own bag for your dolls. For the handles, simply attach a piece of an elastic band on top.
You can also use a bottle cap, and some cut out pieces of plastic from a fork to make an adorable set of stools for your barbie’s house.
Another great furniture idea is to make a TV stand and a TV for the dollhouse. You simply need an old eyeshadow palette to use as the TV and multiple matchboxes for the stand below.
To make things interesting, I show you a great house miniature tutorial that you can try with real building tools – such as bricks, cement, and iron. This is a great architectural project if you’re looking to start out big.
