This is possibly one of the best creamy salmon recipe which will be ready on the table in less than 20 min! Salmon in a creamy sauce filled with garlic, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and parmesan. Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, skin off (or Trout or any white fish)
- Salt and pepper, to season
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 5 ounces (150 g) jarred sun dried tomato, drained of oil
- 1 3/4 cups double cream
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour) mixed with 1 tablespoons of water (optional)**
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon filets on both sides with salt and pepper, and sear in the hot pan, flesh-side down first, for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.

2. Melt the butter in the remaining juices leftover in the pan. Add in the garlic and fry until fragrant (about one minute). Fry the onion in the butter. Pour in the white wine (if using), and allow to reduce down slightly. Add the sun dried tomatoes and fry for 1-2 minutes to release their flavours.

3. Reduce heat to low heat, add the half and half (or heavy cream), and bring to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.

4. Add in the spinach leaves and allow to wilt in the sauce, and add in the parmesan cheese. Allow sauce to simmer for a further minute until cheese melts through the sauce. (For a thicker sauce, add the milk/cornstarch mixture to the centre of the pan, and continue to simmer while quickly stirring the mixture through until the sauce thickens.)
5. Add the salmon back into the pan; sprinkle with the parsley, and spoon the sauce over each filet.

6. Serve over pasta, rice or steamed veg.

►INGREDIENTS◄
- 4 salmon fillets, skin off (or Trout or any white fish)
- Salt and pepper, to season

- 1/2 red onion
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 5 ounces (150 g) jarred sun dried tomato, drained of oil
- 1 3/4 cups double cream
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour) mixed with 1 tablespoons of water (optional)**
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

►INSTRUCTIONS◄

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 - 5 salmon fillets skin off or on
- lemon wedges (to serve)
- Salt, to taste
- parsley


Instructions
1.Preheat your oven to broil or grill.

2.Place butter in a skillet Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes, or until the butter begins to change into golden brown and has a nutty fragrance.

3.Pour in the honey and let it dissolve into the butter. Then add in the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add in the lemon juice; stir well to combine all of the flavours together.

4.Add the salmon steaks to the butter in the pan; cook each fillet (skin-side down if there's any skin) for 3-4 minutes or until golden, while basting the tops with the pan juices. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

5.Add the lemon wedges around the salmon. Transfer the pan to your oven to broil / grill for a further 5-6 minutes, or until the tops of the salmon are nicely charred.

6.To serve, drizzle with the reserved brown butter sauce. Serve with steamed vegetables; over rice or with a salad.

* For salmon without skin, reduce cooking time as needed

*Cooking Salmon: cast iron pan (skillet) or a heavy bottom pan. Pan searing (aka: pan grilling, pan frying) is done at a high heat. When cooking salmon on the stove, a heavy pan is best, because it retains the heat, which helps get the skin of the salmon crispy. It's a good method and very simple.

Hey Guys, today I will be sharing with you Guys, of how I make a Pan Seared salmon, in a Garlic butter Tuscan Sauce..
This Salmon Recipe, is basically a One Pan Meal, all you have to do is make some Rice, or Noodles to go with.. & you are good to go for Supper!!
I will post below, everything that I used.. & just add or take out what you want, that's up to you..
One thing I would like to Note is, to make sure that your Salmon is Room Temp, so that it will Cook evenly.. If not.. your Salmon may not be done in the middle.. You can also pop it in the Oven for 10-15 min, just to make sure it is done all the way!

How to make Cilantro Lime Salmon. This is a quick and simple way of cooking the most delicious easy dinner recipe with honey and garlic sauce which will be ready for you and your family in 30 minutes! Often the best way to really get into cooking is finding simple and quick recipes that are delicious and fun to make and easy to bake.
Here are the ingredients:

- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 salmon filets
- salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 slices lime
- 1 lime zest
- 1 1/2 cup cooked white rice, for serving

Instructions:

- In a large pan over medium-high heat, heat oil.
- Season salmon all over with salt and pepper, then add to the pan skin-side up.
- Cook salmon until deeply golden, about 6 minutes, then flip over and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate.
- Add butter and garlic. When the butter has melted and looks foamy, stir in broth, lime juice, honey, cumin and lime zest. Bring mixture to a simmer then stir in cilantro.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the salmon back to the pan.
- Simmer until the sauce has reduced and the salmon is cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes more.
- Add two slices of lime
- Garnish with more cilantro and serve over cooked white rice.
- Enjoy

Seared Salmon in Creamy Garlic Dijon Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
4 to 6 salmon fillets
3 tsp olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced (1 Tbsp)
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp dijon mustard (or a little more to taste)
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp minced fresh dill

Instructions
Heat a large non-stick skillets over medium-high heat (or use two skillets if you used large 7 - 8 oz fillets like I did so they aren't overcrowded).

Add 1 1/2 tsp olive oil to each skillet. Dab both sides of salmon dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Place salmon in skillet (top of salmon turned down). Let sear until golden brown on bottom, about 4 minutes then flip and continue to cook to desired doneness, about 2 - 3 minutes longer.

Meanwhile, in a liquid measuring cup whisk together cornstarch with 1 tbsp cream, then mix in enough cream to measure 1/2 cup. Whisk in dijon mustard and honey.

Remove salmon from skillet and transfer to a plate, leaving oil in one skillet. Tent salmon with foil.

Add garlic to skillet with oil set over medium heat, saute until just barely golden brown, about 20 - 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth.

Bring to a simmer then reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer until reduced by about 2/3, about 3 minutes.

Whisk cream mixture once more then pour into skillet. Cook and stir, bringing to a simmer. Let simmer gently, while stirring, for about 30 seconds.

Remove from heat stir in dill, return salmon fillets to pan, spoon sauce over salmon. Serve warm.
