Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, skin off (or Trout or any white fish)
- Salt and pepper, to season
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 5 ounces (150 g) jarred sun dried tomato, drained of oil
- 1 3/4 cups double cream
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour) mixed with 1 tablespoons of water (optional)**
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon filets on both sides with salt and pepper, and sear in the hot pan, flesh-side down first, for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.

2. Melt the butter in the remaining juices leftover in the pan. Add in the garlic and fry until fragrant (about one minute). Fry the onion in the butter. Pour in the white wine (if using), and allow to reduce down slightly. Add the sun dried tomatoes and fry for 1-2 minutes to release their flavours.

3. Reduce heat to low heat, add the half and half (or heavy cream), and bring to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.

4. Add in the spinach leaves and allow to wilt in the sauce, and add in the parmesan cheese. Allow sauce to simmer for a further minute until cheese melts through the sauce. (For a thicker sauce, add the milk/cornstarch mixture to the centre of the pan, and continue to simmer while quickly stirring the mixture through until the sauce thickens.)
5. Add the salmon back into the pan; sprinkle with the parsley, and spoon the sauce over each filet.

6. Serve over pasta, rice or steamed veg.

2 Lbs Salmon Fillets
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
3 Tbs butter (Unsalted)
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbs flour
1/2 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
1 cup half and half ( I used 1/2 cup heavy cream and half cup whole milk)
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 cups baby spinach (you can use more)

►INGREDIENTS◄
- 4 salmon fillets, skin off (or Trout or any white fish)
- Salt and pepper, to season
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1/2 red onion
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 5 ounces (150 g) jarred sun dried tomato, drained of oil
- 1 3/4 cups double cream
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour) mixed with 1 tablespoons of water (optional)**
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

►INSTRUCTIONS◄

CREAMY TUSCAN SALMON
Adapted from Cafe Delites

2 teaspoons olive oil
4 salmon fillets, skin on
2 tablespoons butter
6 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 small yellow onion, diced
½ cup dry white wine (or chicken stock)
5 ounces jarred sun-dried tomatoes, drained
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup whole milk
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons capers
3 cups fresh spinach leaves
½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Minced fresh parsley for garnish

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon filets on both sides with salt and pepper. Sear the salmon skin-side down first, gently pressing fish flat to get a good sear. Cook skin-side down for 4 minutes; gently turn over and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fish is cooked and flaky. Transfer to a plate or tray and cover loosely with foil. Melt the butter in the pan and saute the onion until tender. Then stir in the garlic; stirring until it becomes fragrant. Stir in the white wine to deglaze the pan. Add the tomatoes and capers; cook and stir for 1 minute. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and milk plus salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer for several minutes. Stir in grated parmesan; taste for seasonings. Stir in the spinach allowing it to wilt for about 2 minutes. Add the salmon filets back into the pan, spoon the sauce over each filet. And serve alone or with pasta or rice. Garnish with parsley.

Easy 5 Ingredient Baked Salmon


Ingredients

1 salmon filet
1/2 cup salted butter, melted
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
8 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 4 sided baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the salmon in the middle of the foil.


2. In a glass measuring cup, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, and dill. Whisk together.


3. Pour butter mixture directly over salmon. Pull the sides and ends of the aluminum foil up and pinch together, covering the salmon completely.


4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Ingredients:
2-4 salmon fillets (180g per fillet)
1/3 cup (75g) butter
2 tablespoons fresh Lemon juice
Lemon zest
2/3 cup (160ml) White wine – optional /or chicken broth
1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Remove the skin from salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter over medium-low heat. Fry the salmon on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes from each side.
3. Add to the pan white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest and heavy cream. Cook the salmon in the sauce for about 3 minutes and remove from the pan.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley and stir. Reduce sauce by half until thick.
5. Serve the salmon and pour the sauce over the salmon.
Notes:
• In the video you can see me cooking only 2 salmon pieces, but this recipe serves 4. You can cook 4 pieces once in a large pan or in two batches, then divide the too.
• Serve the sauce immediately.

Hey Guys, today I will be sharing with you Guys, of how I make a Pan Seared salmon, in a Garlic butter Tuscan Sauce..
This Salmon Recipe, is basically a One Pan Meal, all you have to do is make some Rice, or Noodles to go with.. & you are good to go for Supper!!
I will post below, everything that I used.. & just add or take out what you want, that's up to you..
One thing I would like to Note is, to make sure that your Salmon is Room Temp, so that it will Cook evenly.. If not.. your Salmon may not be done in the middle.. You can also pop it in the Oven for 10-15 min, just to make sure it is done all the way!

1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
2/3 cup half and half

Tuscan Butter Salmon | Delish

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
4 (6-oz) salmon fillets, patted dry with paper towels
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
2 c. baby spinach
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. Parmesan
1/4 c. chopped herbs (such as basil and parsley)
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Season salmon all over with salt and pepper. When oil is shimmering but not smoking, add salmon skin-side up and cook until deeply golden, about 6 minutes. Flip over and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate.

2. Reduce heat to medium and add butter. When butter has melted, stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes are beginning to burst then add spinach and cook until spinach is beginning to wilt.

3. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan and herbs and bring mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce is slightly reduced, about 3 minutes.

4. Return salmon back to skillet and simmer until salmon is cooked through, about 3 minutes more.

5. Garnish with more herbs and squeeze lemon juice on top. Serve immediately.

This episode is for the cream and cheese lovers! It's gonna make you so satisfied! Try it this weekend~

Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillet
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Cup Cooking Cream
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 1/2 Cup Baby Spinach Leaves
Parsley Flakes

Steps
1. Heat Olive Oil on pan and place Salmon Fillet skin down.

2. Marinate with 1tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and cook for about 5mins. Flip over and cook for 1min.

3. Melt Butter on pan. Add Yellow Onion, Garlic, Baby Spinach Leaves, 1tsp Salt, 1tsp Black Pepper, Cooking Cream, Parmesan Cheese and mix well.

4. Add Salmon Fillet into pan and cover it with sauce.

Garnish with Parsley Flakes and serve warm!

This easy baked salmon recipe takes about 30 minutes to make, requires one pan, and tastes amazing. If you’re going to save one salmon recipe for life, make it this one. Tender, flaky, soft salmon baked in butter with garlic and capers. It’s one of the best things we’ve made recently.

We’ve been making a variation of this salmon recipe for ages — in fact, the method comes from my Mom. Salmon is quick to cook, delicious, and healthy. I know I’m biased on this one, but I honestly think my Mom’s method is the best way to cook salmon.
