LEMON HONEY GLAZED SALMON RECIPE
4 pieces Salmon fillets ,skinless & boneless
Salmon seasoning or you can use salt, pepper ,garlic powder, paprika as well
3 Tbsp. butter
1 &1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves pressed garlic or chopped finely
3/4 cup water
4 Tbsp cooking white wine
2Tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce
ground black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp cornstarch dilute in water about 1-2 tbsp water for sauce thickening
For garnish:
dried parsley or fresh parsley, finely chopped
Sliced lemon

Honey Soy-Glazed Salmon Recipe | How to Make Baked Salmon

Learn how to make easy baked salmon dish. Honey soy-glazed salmon with ginger, sesame and garlic.

Ingredients:
4-6 fresh salmon fillets
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp grated ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 Tsp chili flakes
1/2 Tsp salt
2-3 Tbsp sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients except the salmon.
2. Put the salmon in the marinade, cover and let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 400F (200C)
4. Arrange salmon fillets on a baking try with parchment paper. Brush fillets with the marinade on top.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes. After 6-7 min pour 1 tsp of the marinade over the fillets.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

Orange Ginger
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 orange, zested and juice
½ tsp ginger, freshly grated
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together orange zest & juice, ginger, honey and salt & pepper to taste. Place salmon and marinade in a large zipper bag and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Place salmon on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dill, chopped
½ lemon, zest and juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together herbs, lemon zest & juice, garlic, oil and salt & pepper to taste. Add marinade and salmon to a large zipper bag and allow to sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Place salmon on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.


Sweet & Spicy
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 cup pineapple juice
1 jalapeno, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, jalapeno, garlic and cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour marinade over salmon and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. When ready to cook, add salmon to a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

Maple Balsamic
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic, maple syrup, garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to marinate for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator. Place on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes.

Chipotle lime
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
¼ cup chipotle in adobo sauce, finely minced or puréed
2 limes, zest and juice
1 tbsp agave
Salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro for garnish

In a small bowl, whisk together chipotle in adobo, lime zest & juice and agave. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon in a large zipper bag and add marinade. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Place marinated salmon fillets onto a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

Balsamic Glazed Salmon | Delish

Get the full recipe from delish:

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive, divided
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, stripped and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
4 4-oz. salmon filets

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add brussels sprouts to a large, rimmed baking sheet, drizzle with half the olive oil and season all over with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes while you make glaze.
2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine balsamic, wine, brown sugar, lemon, rosemary, and garlic. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thick and shiny, 10-12 minutes.
3. Remove pan from the oven, place salmon filets skin-side down among brussels sprouts, brush with remaining olive oil, season with more salt and pepper, and spoon with glaze. Bake until salmon is cooked through and brussels sprouts are crispy, 12-15 minutes.
