Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon is a rich and delicious recipe! Restaurant quality salmon in a beautiful creamy garlic butter sauce! This is possibly one of the best creamy salmon recipe which will be ready on the table in less than 20 min! Salmon in a creamy sauce filled with garlic, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and parmesan. Packed with flavour!

- 4 salmon fillets, skin off (or Trout or any white fish)
- Salt and pepper, to season
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 5 ounces (150 g) jarred sun dried tomato, drained of oil
- 1 3/4 cups double cream
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour) mixed with 1 tablespoons of water (optional)**
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon filets on both sides with salt and pepper, and sear in the hot pan, flesh-side down first, for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.

2. Melt the butter in the remaining juices leftover in the pan. Add in the garlic and fry until fragrant (about one minute). Fry the onion in the butter. Pour in the white wine (if using), and allow to reduce down slightly. Add the sun dried tomatoes and fry for 1-2 minutes to release their flavours.

3. Reduce heat to low heat, add the half and half (or heavy cream), and bring to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.

4. Add in the spinach leaves and allow to wilt in the sauce, and add in the parmesan cheese. Allow sauce to simmer for a further minute until cheese melts through the sauce. (For a thicker sauce, add the milk/cornstarch mixture to the centre of the pan, and continue to simmer while quickly stirring the mixture through until the sauce thickens.)
5. Add the salmon back into the pan; sprinkle with the parsley, and spoon the sauce over each filet.

6. Serve over pasta, rice or steamed veg.

Masala Fish Recipe || Spicy Masala Fish Recipe

Method of making Masala Fish Recipe

1.Take Rohu Fish pieces - 5

2.Now we need to marinate it
In a bowl add
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Mix them well add fish pieces and apply the masala paste and marinate
for 10 minutes.

3.Fry the fish pieces and keep aside

4.First let us make the powdered masala for this ingredients needed are
Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Dried coconut pieces - 5
Roast them and
Grind it into a fine powder

5.Now let us make second masala paste for this we need
Diced onion - 1 medium sized
Green chillies - 2
Almonds - 5
Tomatoes - 3 medium sized
Roast them in a tablespoon oil and grind into a fine paste

6.In another pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon

7.To the heated oil add ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon fry till its
raw smell disappears

8.Then add Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Fry it for few seconds

9.Now add the powdered masala and saute for few seconds then add the masala paste and
again saute it

10.Gently place the fried fish pieces and mix as shown

11.Add a glass of water and to it add few coriander leaves few mint leaves
and a tablespoon of lemon juice

12.Lower the flame cook for 10 minutes and serve hot with steamed rice

-A tardigrade is commonly called a water bear because it is most often found in water, where it prefers to dwell, and because of its slow gait, which resembles that of a bear.
-The biggest full-grown tardigrade is about 0.5 mm or about 1/50 of an inch, which is smaller than flea and tick larva.
-The earliest fossils we have of the tardigrade species date back to the Cambrian period, some 530 million years ago.
-Tardigrades have been found on the high-altitude peaks of the Himalayas, in deep trenches in the ocean, in mud volcanoes, and in tropical rainforests.
-These unique creatures move into a new environment and help to establish an ecosystem, not unlike a gold prospector setting up shop out in the frontier.
-Many tardigrades can enter a dehydrated state to survive almost any dangerous outside environment. They curl up into a barrel shape, their bodies become glass-like, and they put themselves in stasis, during which time they’re pretty much indestructible.
-The tardigrade has survived all possible extinction events, from the Ordovician-Silurian extinction 440 million years ago all the way up to the extinction events that took out the dinosaurs.
-The conditions on Mars are within the tardigrades’ capabilities to survive, assuming that a sufficient amount of water exists to support them.
