►2 lbs (2 bunches) asparagus, fibrous ends removed
►Salt and black pepper
►1 Tbsp olive oil
►1 small lemon, sliced into rings for garnish

How To: Garlic Butter Salmon Foil Pack | June Oven | My Gadget Kitchen | #201

Ingredients:
Salmon (I used about 3.5 lbs to have enough for leftovers, feel free to use less)
To taste: kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, Old Bay Seasoning, paprika
For the sauce:
4-8 tbsp butter, melted (depends on how much salmon you have, I used 8 tbsp)
8-10 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp each: oregano, thyme and rosemary
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
*let sauce simmer on med low for about 5 minutes before pouring over salmon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season salmon, place in foiled lined pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Make butter sauce and pour over salmon. Seal foil packet and bake for 15-20min. Uncover and broil for 2 min. (optional)

Get out of the drive thru and get into the kitchen.

✅Ingredients

• 1 salmon filet
• 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
• 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 8 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill


✅Instructions

1️⃣ 00:19 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 4 sided baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the salmon in the middle of the foil.

2️⃣ 01:04 - In a glass measuring cup, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, and dill. Whisk together.

3️⃣ 01:59 - Pour butter mixture directly over salmon. Pull the sides and ends of the aluminum foil up and pinch together, covering the salmon completely.

4️⃣ 02:34 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

SALMON INGREDIENTS
- 3 salmon filet
- 1 tsp unsalted Étouffée seasoning (optional)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 TBSP Sriracha sauce
- 3 large cloves minced garlic
- 3 TBSP vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter

* Finishing Touches
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges


ASPARAGUS INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb thick to medium-thick asparagus, cleaned and woody ends trimmed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 TBSP olive oil

- Lemon zest
- Grated Parmesan cheese

SALMON AND ASPARAGUS FOIL PACKETS | SALMON IN GARLIC LEMON BUTTER FOIL PACKETS

These individual foil packets are filled salmon fillets and asparagus then baked in a rich garlic lemon butter. My kids and hubby really loved this one! This recipe is sooo easy and is now one of my favorite go-to recipes when I don’t feel like cooking!????

Salmon and Asparagus Foil packets

Ingredients
1 1/2 -2 lbs salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
Juice of 1-2 lemons
4 garlic cloves, minced
8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
1 asparagus bunch, ends trimmed

Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Lay four pieces of foil on the table. Place salmon skin side up on the center of the foil.
Place asparagus next to the salmon. Season well with salt and pepper. Turn over salmon and season the other side as well as asparagus.
Squeeze lemon juice over salmon (I used 1 lemon) and sprinkle over minced garlic. Top salmon and asparagus with 1 tablespoon of butter each.
Seal foil packets rolling up the center first and then the sides. Make sure not to wrap too tight, leaving space inside.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 11 to 12 minutes, or until salmon is just cooked through (depending on thickness). Serve with extra lemon wedges.

1 1/2 cups chicken stock (veg stock or water okay to substitute)
2 cups rice
2 tbs butter

Bring water and stock to boil with seasonings and butter. Add rice and stir. Cover and reduce heat too low. Cook for 15-18 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Stir to remove thyme leaves from stems, then remove stems from rice.

Asparagus:

1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tbs minced garlic
1 1/2 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tbs olive oil

Trim ends of asparagus and wash well. Add asparagus to boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove asparagus from boiling water into ice bath for 1 minute. Heat up oil in pan with minced garlic until garlic turned slightly brown. Add asparagus to pan with seasonings and lemon juice. Sautee for 2-3 minutes.

Salmon:

1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs soy sauce

Add seasonings to salmon. Place salmon in bowl and add oil and soy sauce. Marinade for 10-30 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Add salmon to pan skin side down. Cook for 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn salmon over and cook for 4 additional minutes. Turn salmon to sides an cook for 1 minute each.
