salmon
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp melted butter
1/8 tsp grill mates seasoning
1/8 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Bake for 10 minutes then broil for 3 to 4 minutes

Spicy caramelized veggies
2 cups mixed veggies
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/8 tsp dried pepper flakes
1/2 tsp brown sugar
baked for 7 minutes

4 pieces Salmon fillets ,skinless & boneless
Salmon seasoning or you can use salt, pepper ,garlic powder, paprika as well
3 Tbsp. butter
1 &1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves pressed garlic or chopped finely
3/4 cup water
4 Tbsp cooking white wine
2Tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce
ground black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp cornstarch dilute in water about 1-2 tbsp water for sauce thickening
For garnish:
dried parsley or fresh parsley, finely chopped
Sliced lemon

4 servings
Ingredients:
2-4 salmon fillets (180g per fillet)
1/3 cup (75g) butter
2 tablespoons fresh Lemon juice
Lemon zest
2/3 cup (160ml) White wine – optional /or chicken broth
1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Remove the skin from salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter over medium-low heat. Fry the salmon on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes from each side.
3. Add to the pan white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest and heavy cream. Cook the salmon in the sauce for about 3 minutes and remove from the pan.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley and stir. Reduce sauce by half until thick.
5. Serve the salmon and pour the sauce over the salmon.
Notes:
• In the video you can see me cooking only 2 salmon pieces, but this recipe serves 4. You can cook 4 pieces once in a large pan or in two batches, then divide the too.
• Serve the sauce immediately.

Easy Delicious Salmon with honey sesame sauce is one of the best salmon recipes. It takes only 15 minutes to make with simple ingredients. These simple ingredients will make the salmon extremely juicy and packed full of flavors. Believe me --You'll love it and make over and over and over again for family and friends!

HONEY+SESAME SALMON STEAK

Ingredients:

Season Salmon:
2 Salmon fillet
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of cayenne
Lightly salt and freshly ground black pepper

Honey Sauce Mixture:
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of warm or hot water

6 cloves of minced garlic
½ stalk of lemongrass
2 tbsp sesame
to taste Salt and pepper.

Garnish:
Red chilli pepper
Fresh dill herb.

Instructions:
First, season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Next, make the honey sauce by mixing the ingredients together.

The final step is heating up a pan and cooking the salmon (pan fry 2 minutes each side) then with garlic, lemongrass, sesame seeds and the honey mixture sauce.

Then garnish with red chilli pepper and fresh dill herb.

- Clean the salon and keep it in a plate.
- In a bowl take 1 tsp of turmeric powder, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of lemon and combine it well.
- Apply the mixture both the sides and sprinkle some fresh pepper.
- Transfer into microwave and set the time for 2 minutes.
- After two minutes remove it from the microwave and serve it hot .
- Oil will release from the fish itself, so you don’t need to add extra oil.

• 1 salmon filet
• 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
• 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 8 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill


✅Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 4 sided baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the salmon in the middle of the foil.

2️⃣ In a glass measuring cup, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, and dill. Whisk together.

3️⃣ Pour butter mixture directly over salmon. Pull the sides and ends of the aluminum foil up and pinch together, covering the salmon completely.

4️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

INGREDIENTS
6 ounces skinless salmon fillet
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Peppercorns, to taste
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh thyme

PREPARATION
1. Fill a pan with enough water to submerge a fillet. Bring the water to a simmer.
2. Add salt, peppercorns, sliced lemon, and thyme to water.
3. Add salmon, cover the pan, and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Remove salmon from pan, and season with salt, pepper, and fresh lemon.

Pan-Fried Salmon

INGREDIENTS
6 ounces skinless salmon fillet
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh thyme

PREPARATION
1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet.
2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
3. Lay the salmon on the skillet and watch the color rise to about two-thirds of the way up the salmon. Flip the salmon once and cook until done to taste, roughly 2-4 minutes longer.
4. Serve with lemon and thyme (optional).

Baked Salmon

INGREDIENTS
6 ounces skinless salmon fillet
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh thyme

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F/200˚C.
2. Cover a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.
3. Drizzle olive oil on the salmon, then season with salt and pepper. Top with lemon slices and thyme.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. (The salmon should flake easily with a fork when it’s ready.)

Parchment-Wrapped Salmon (En Papillote)

INGREDIENTS
Parchment paper or aluminum foil
6 ounces skinless salmon fillet
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh thyme

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F/200˚C.
2. Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up.
3. Lay down the salmon. Drizzle oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Lay lemon slices and thyme on top of the salmon.
4. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges.
5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145˚F/63˚C.
