- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste

- Butter
- Tomato Ketchup
- Mustard Sauce
- Lettuce Leaves(chopped)

Ingredients For Dressing:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Cream
- Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Paste

Method:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan, and add garlic paste
2. Mix it and add boneless chicken, black pepper powder, salt
3. Mix the spices and chicken; cover it and let it cook for around 10 minutes
4. Now, take mayonnaise in a bowl, and add cream, black pepper powder, garlic paste to it
5. Mix it well and keep it aside
6. Once the chicken is cooked, take it off the flame and let it cool down
7. Now shred the chicken pieces, and add it to the the dressing and mix it
8. Take bread slices, and cut off its edges
9. Apply butter, tomato ketchup, mustard sauce to these bread slices, and then, add the dressing, along with chopped lettuce leaves
10. Cover the filled bread slice with another bread slice; cut it and serve it

Ingredients:

6 ounces boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 cups Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise
2 cups elbow macaroni
3/4 cups raisins
5 ounces cheddar cheese cubed
1/2 cup pineapple chunks optional
3 pieces eggs boiled and cubed
1 piece onion minced
3 tablespoons parsley chopped
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Combine 5 cups water and chicken in a cooking pot. Let the liquid boil. Continue to cook the chicken for 15 to 18 minutes using medium heat. Remove the chicken from the pot. Let it cool down and then slice into cubes. Set aside.
Cook macaroni according to package instructions using the remaining water. Drain water and place macaroni on a large bowl.
Make the salad dressing by combining Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise, onion, sugar, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir until well blended. Set aside.
Combine cooked macaroni, cheese, raisins, pineapple, and chicken. Toss.
Add eggs and salad dressing. Continue to toss until all ingredients are well distributed.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley. Toss. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve. Share and enjoy!

EASY ENOUGH

The ingredients for this spread are readily available and we bet you already have most on hand, if not all. If you’re reading this around the holidays, best to have extra ham and cream cream cheese at the ready. This is a perfect recipe to pull together at a moment’s notice when company unexpectedly arrives or stays late.

HAMMIN’ IT UP!

We crafted this recipe with leftovers from this GLAZED OVEN-BAKED HAM. This moist, tender meat works so well when blended with the other ingredients, but the flavour of the ham is just great when prepared this way. You can also use a small pre-cooked ham available in the deli section of your grocery store if need be.

CHOP AND BLEND

This DEVILED HAM SPREAD is easy to prepare, especially if you use a food processor or handy chopper as we’ve done. Simply place everything into the canister fitted with the blade attachment and run the machine on low speed.

Because the spread can be enjoyed a number of different ways (see below) we think it should be somewhat smooth yet still a bit chunky. Process it to a spreadable consistency. Watch the video attached to this story to get an idea of what worked for us.

YOU SERVE

Don’t you just love options? That’s this DEVILED HAM SPREAD’S middle name. You can transfer the spread into a bowl and serve it with fresh veggies or these crunchy PITA CHIPS as a dip.

EASY Recipe | Chicken Macaroni Salad

Simulan ang taon ng may ngiti lalo na't may kasamang chicken macaroni.

Chicken Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 kg macaroni
3/4 kg chicken breast (boiled)
1 can [230g ] luncheon meat (cubes)
1 can [490 g] pineapple tidbits
30 g cheese (cubes)
1 pc carrot (cubes)
1 pc white onion (chopped)
1 pc [250 ml] all-purpose cream
1 pack [470 ml] mayonnaise
3/4 cup raisin
1/3 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white ground pepper
cooking oil

Boil chicken in water with salt for 10-12 minutes
Boil macaroni in water with salt and oil for 10 minutes or until al dente

Vietnamese Rolls: Healthier Recipe

Here's a fun and healthy recipe you can do at a casual dinner party, or when you're thinking of cooking with your kids. You can substitute the chicken and prawns for firm tofu to make this a vegetarian-friendly meal.

Ingredients
20ml oyster sauce
50ml plain BBQ sauce
5ml sesame oil
1 teaspoon of fish oil
1/2 teaspoon low sodium salt
1 tablespooon raw sugar
2 cloves of garlic
1 packet rice paper
1 packet glass noodle, soaked in warm water
2 carrots
1 cucumber
Thai basil leaves
Bean sprouts
Coriander
Roast chicken meat
Fresh tiger prawns
Crushed roasted peanuts

1. To make the dressing sauce: mix together 20ml oyster sauce, 50ml plain BBQ sauce, 5ml sesame oil in a small bowl.

2. To prepare the chilli dipping sauce: crush and chop up two cloves of garlic. Cut up 5 chilli padis. Add all of this, with 50ml honey, 1 teaspoon of raw sugar, 1/2 teaspoon low sodium salt and some water into a blender. Blend well.

3. To prepare the rolls: peel carrots and cucumbers into thin layers.

4. Blanch fresh tiger prawns, then peel and cut into half.

5. Shred chicken breast meat length wise.

6. Put water into a spray-bottle and spray the rice paper to smoothen it.

7. Assemble some pre-soaked glass noodles, thai basil, coriander leaves, mint, beansprouts, cucumber and carrots onto the middle of the paper. Add in whichever protein of your choice.

8. Add sauce and peanuts.

9. Wrap it up, and serve with chilli dipping sauce.
