This moist, flavorful, and flakey baked salmon is what dinner recipes are all about! It’s seriously the easiest recipe to make – all you need are a few salmon fillets, plus a quick lemon garlic butter sauce, and herbs. Then, let the oven work it’s magic!

This is hands-down the salmon recipe that I make most often in my house. It’s honestly foolproof, it takes less than 20 minutes to make, and it gives you the most succulent, and mouth-watering salmon. In other words, it’s just an easy, healthy dinner recipe that the whole family will love. It's also gluten-free, low-carb, and keto friendly. An easy one pan salmon and vegetable bake! This is absolutely a delicious and healthy meal that is full of amazing flavors, and the best part is that its one pan! The salmon is loaded with amazing flavors from the blackened seasoning and the veggies are lemony and flavorful!


Homemade Blackened Seasoning:
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Creamy at Mabawang na Tuscan Salmon | Easy and Healthy Salmon Recipe

How to Cook Tuscan Salmon
3 pieces salmon fillet
3 cups baby spinach
5 ounces sun-dried tomato
5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

How To: Garlic Butter Salmon Foil Pack | June Oven | My Gadget Kitchen | #201

Salmon (I used about 3.5 lbs to have enough for leftovers, feel free to use less)
To taste: kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, Old Bay Seasoning, paprika
For the sauce:
4-8 tbsp butter, melted (depends on how much salmon you have, I used 8 tbsp)
8-10 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp each: oregano, thyme and rosemary
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
*let sauce simmer on med low for about 5 minutes before pouring over salmon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season salmon, place in foiled lined pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Make butter sauce and pour over salmon. Seal foil packet and bake for 15-20min. Uncover and broil for 2 min. (optional)

Get out of the drive thru and get into the kitchen.

How to cook Salmon in the oven | BAKED HONEY GARLIC SALMON RECIPE

How to cook salmon in the oven.. EASY and DELICIOUS baked salmon. My baked honey garlic salmon recipe will have you coming back for MORE!

I used about 3 pounds of skin on salmon but you can use skinless salmon filets too.

Heat your oven to 425⁰ and heat your pan as well. This helps the salmon cook through quickly

Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper then place it on aluminum foil.

Make a glaze with 1 tablespoon of butter, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup of honey and 1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce.

Pour the glaze over the salmon and bake it for 7 to 10 minutes or until done to your liking. You can run it under the broiler to get a beautiful brown color on top. Squeeze a little lemon on top

1000g salmon 1 kg
1/2 lemon sliced into rounds

For lemon garlic sauce:

3 tsp garlic finely chopped
8 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt (as per taste)
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano

This smart technique for baked salmon in foil has been the one I recommend for new cooks or anyone who's not so sure about how to cook salmon in the oven.

Tender and Perfectly Flaky Salmon:
Wrapping salmon in foil traps the steam and helps cook the fish well, while keeping it from drying out. The sauce also helps a great deal, because while it infuses the salmon with flavor, it also keeps it nice and moist.

How to Make Healthy Lemon Garlic Salmon

This Healthy Lemon Garlic Salmon is easy to make and ready in under 15 minutes. It's healthy, low calorie, and only uses a handful of ingredients!

• 4 salmon portions, skin-on
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
• 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 8 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill

1️⃣ 00:00:14 - Season salmon portions with salt and pepper.

2️⃣ 00:00:20 - Heat a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add in olive oil and heat 30 seconds. Place salmon portions into the skillet, starting with the skin side up. Sear 3 to 4 minutes, then flip over and sear the other side 3 more minutes. Move salmon to one side of the pan.

3️⃣ 00:00:57 - Pour lemon juice into empty area of skillet and in garlic cloves and saute 60 seconds. Spoon garlic lemon juice over salmon and cook until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

4️⃣ 00:01:29 - Sprinkle fresh dill on top of salmon portions and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
