I know that a lot of you are not very confident cooking salmon at home, but these techniques and recipes will help you become a salmon master. The first recipe is broiled salmon with a brown sugar and citrus glaze. The glaze gets sticky and sweet and the salmon is so moist after it comes out of the oven. The next salmon recipe is pan seared and will create the most crispy skin ever. Last up, we make Asian salmon patties with a stick glaze.
