Chow Mein Panda Express style!

Chow Mein is a favorite in our home when we go out to Chinese restaurants. And when I was little, we often would have take out from Panda Express, while enjoying a weekend of shopping. So this dish definitely brings back some happy memories. In Switzerland, the fast food culture is not as popular as it is back in the U.S., so we have had to improvise in preparing those dishes me crave when we travel across the pond. Chow Mein is a very simple, quick and delicious dish, which I am sure will also become a favorite your homes!

Ingredients:
250 g. of Mein Noodles
2 grated carrots
1/4 of a small cabbage chopped up finely
1 onion chopped up finely
1 garlic clove minced
100 g. of soy sprout
1 tbsp. of oyster sauce
2 tbsp. of soy sauce
4 tbsp. of cooking oil
1/2 tsp of selery salt
