Ingredients------

1. Soaked Green Gram Skinless Split / Yellow Moong Dal – 1 ½ cup
2. Sugar – 1 ½ cup
3. Clarified Butter – 1 cup
4. Milk – 500ml
5. Almonds – 4 to 6
6. Cashews - 4 to 6
7. Pistachios – 8 to 10
8. Raisins – 1/3 cup
9. Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
10. Khoya / Mawa – 1 cup
11. Saffron – 20 to 25 threads

Instant Moong Dal Halwa | मूंग की दाल का हलवा बिना दाल भिगोये झटपट बनाये

Moong Dal Halwa, Moong Dal Sheera Ingredients, राजस्थानी मूँग दाल हलवा, rajasthani moong dal ka halwa,

Ingredients
Moong Dal (मूंग दल हलवा ) - 1 cup (200 gms )
Sugar (चीनी ) - 1 cup (200 gms )
Ghee (घी ) - 1/2 cup (125 gms )
Full cream milk (फुल क्रीम दूध ) - 500ml
Cashews (काजू ) - 20 to 25 (chopped )
Almonds (बादाम ) - 20 to 25 (finely chopped )
Raisins (किशमिश ) - 2 tbsp
Pistachios (पिस्ता ) - 15 to 20
Green Cardamoms powder(इलाइची पाउडर ) - 6 to 7

How to Make Instant Moong Dal Halwa :
1. Take Moong dal, clean it well.
2. Pour the Moong dal in a pan and roast it dry until golden brown.Roast for 5 minutes. Once golden brown and ready take it out in a plate. Let it cool.
3. Put the Moong dal in a mixer jar and coarsely grind it. Wait for a minute , then open the jar. Take out the coarsely ground dal in a plate.
4. Put 3 to 4 tbsp ghee in a pan.Put the dal in ghee.Roast it well until golden brown for 5 minutes.
5. Once roasted add 500 ml milk to it. Stir it and cook then add 1 cup water to it. Cook it slow.Stir at regular intervals to prevent lumps.
6. To Roast dry fruits. Take a pan, put to another flame. Pour ghee and let it heat. Then add Add chopped cashews, almonds and raisins to the ghee. Slightly roast it. Once roasted take it out.
7. Meanwhile the halwa is dense, Add sugar to it.Stir and cook. Add dry fruits. Pour ghee in halwa.Add cardamom powder. Cook halwa 1 to 2 minutes more. Once ready take out the halwa in a plate.
Serving :
Garnish the halwa with dry fruits. Add pistachios too. Mouth drooling Moong Dal Halwa is ready. With ghee oozing from this halwa it will be a favorite among your family. You can make it on any special o festive occassion.

क्विक मूंग दाल हलवा | Quick Moong Dal Halwa | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A decadent and rich Moong Dal Halwa that gets ready in an instant.

QUICK MOONG DAL HALWA

Ingredients

1 cup Tata Sampann Moong Dal
¼ cup ghee
1-2 tbsps full fat milk powder
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsps chopped cashew nuts + for garnish
2 tbsps chopped almonds + for garnish
Blanched and slivered pistachios for garnish
Green cardamom powder for sprinkling
Dried crushed rose petals for garnish

Method

1. Heat a non-stick pan, add Tata Sampann Moong Dal and roast till golden brown. Take it off the heat and allow to cool slightly.
2. In a blender jar, add the roasted moong dal and grind to a coarse powder.
3. Heat ghee in the same non-stick pan, sauté for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, heat 1 cup water in another pan and let it come to a boil.
4. Add milk powder to the moong dal mixture and mix till well combined. Add the boiling water into the same pan and mix till smooth and lump free.
5. Add sugar and mix well. Add cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios chopped and mix well.
6. Cook for 10 minutes, mixing continuously. Take it off the heat.
7. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios slivers, chopped cashew nuts. Sprinkle green cardamom powder and dried crushed rose petals. Serve hot.

Ingredients
Dal Badam Halwa Pre Mix - 1 Cup
Ghee/Clarified butter - 1/2 Cup
Milk - 1 to 1 & 1/2 Cup
Water - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Saffron - 10 to 15 strands
Cardamom powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Mixed Dry fruits (cashew nuts, pistachios, raisins. almonds) - as required (roasted and chopped)

मूंग दाल का हलवा राजस्थान की प्रसिद्ध मिठाई है। ये आपको हर शादी और त्यहार के मौके पे हर बार बनता दिख जायेगा। इस स्वादिष्ट मिठाई को आज विजय हल्दिया जी बता रहीं है की आप कैसे झटपट और स्वादिष्ट तरीके से बना सकते हैं सिर्फ 10 मिनट में। इस वीडियो में विजय जी दाल बादाम को पीस के एक मिक्स बनाने का तरीका बता रही है जो की आप फ्रिज में 1 महीने तक आराम से रख सकते हो और कभी भी कोई मेहमान आये या कभी मीठा खाने का मन करे तो उससे आसानी से आपके दाल का हलवा बन जायेगा। न कोई भिगोना न कोई टाइम ख़राब करना बस फटाफट हलवा बनाना और फिर खाना और खिलाना। इस तरीके से दाल का हलवा जरूर बनायें और हमें बताएं की आपको कैसा लगा। इस वीडियो को लाइक और चैनल को सब्सक्राइब करना मत भूलियेगा।

Moong Dal ka Halwa

Ingredients

Dhuli moong dal 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Pure ghee 1 cup
Water 2 cup
Cardamom powder
Dry fruits of your choice

Directions

First of all separate out the water from the dal, then make a fine paste out of the dal. The paste should be smooth. Then mix the dal paste and pure ghee in a kadhai, when they are mixed well, put the kadhai on the stove. Now keep stiring the paste till it becomes golden brown at low flame. When the dal becomes golden brown, add in the sugar, cardamom powder, and water.... and cook it until the water is completely absorbed by dal granules. Now halwa is ready, add the dry fruit of your choice, and serve hot....

Moong dal halwa is a rich, delicious and healthy north Indian recipe. This dessert is sweet and rich with lots of dry nuts and ghee. It is specially consumed during winter as it is supposed to keep the body warm and protect from cold winter. Do try this delicious recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Moong dal
• A little less than 1/2 cup Ghee
• 1 cup hot Milk
• Chopped Cashew nuts
• Chopped Almonds
• Saffron milk
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 125 grams Khoya / Mawa (Optional)
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

Method:
• Wash moong dal really good and soak it in water for about 4
hours.
• Drain the water and transfer the soaked dal into a blender jar.
• Blend dal into as smooth paste as possible.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add ghee and blended dal.
• Mix well and fry the paste on medium heat for about 8-10
minutes.
• The dal should get coarse texture and raw smell of it should be
removed.
• No lumps of dal should be formed. Stir continuously while frying
the dal.
• Do not roast on high heat.
• When the dal dried up and it gets coarse texture like roasted rava,
when it begins to release ghee add cashew nuts, almonds, hot
milk.
• Stir quickly after adding the milk so as the lumps of dal are not
formed.
• Add saffron milk and mix well.
• When milk gets well absorbed add sugar, khoya and mix well.
• Adding khoya is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want to add.
• Then in that case add 1/2 cup sugar for 1/2 cup dal.
• Mix well and let khoya and sugar melt.
• Fry for another 4-5 minutes after adding khoya and sugar.
• Add cardamom powder and mix well.
• Moong dal halwa is already.
• This moong dal halwa remains good for 4-5 days at room
temperature.
• You can serve halwa hot as it is or it tastes nice when cold too.
