Summary:
Many people have come to believe that they are one in the same. This is due to the fact that the two conditions actually share common traits. These include:
1. The inability to show remorse.
2. A knack for compulsive lying and deception.
3. A consistent display of violence or aggression.
4. Disregard for the safety of others.

It is estimated that about 4% of the world population are certified sociopaths. An estimated 3% of Americans meet the criteria listed. In order to be diagnosed, a person must be over the age of 18 and have a confirmed history of displaying the above traits.

Often living on the fringes of society, many find themselves isolated from the rest of the world. Their low self-esteem tends to develop into a narcissistic personality disorder. They also lack intimacy, making it hard for them to reveal personal details.

Another characteristic that is distinctly sociopathic is their tendency to react on impulse. Instead of thinking things through, a sociopath can instantly become unhinged.

While sociopaths are prone to impulsive violence, their conscience is still in tact. It's their lack of empathy that keeps them from recognizing how and why their transgressions have hurt people. When their actions are questioned by others, they will often make up a weak excuse to justify what they've done.

While the debate still rages on, many suggest that sociopathy is created by one's environment, while psychopathy is said to come from one's genetic makeup. While 4% of the world is said to consist of sociopaths, psychopaths are estimated at just 1%. This tiny percentage may be due to the difficulty of knowing a person's genetic makeup and that psychopaths are harder to spot. Psychopaths are much more calm and calculated. They are also more likely to hold high positions in important industries.

5 Signs of a Future Sociopath or Psychopath

Signs of a future sociopath or psychopath. Did you know that there are certain signs that a child will be a psychopath or sociopath in the future?

#Sociopath #Psychopath #MentalHealth

Music:

Summary:
Children tend to have certain personality traits that may help determine what they will be like in the future. Identifying a psychopath at an early age is crucial. We all know what they’re capable of when they become older. With famous psychopaths and serial killers such as Jeffrey Dahmer and Jack the Ripper, scientists are constantly trying to figure out what can cause it. One thing is for sure, there are warning signs when they are younger. At times, it’s when parents push their children that lead to certain actions by them. The issue is they don’t pay much attention to certain warning signs. There are actually some pretty interesting studies about children and different types of mental health warning signs that parents should look for that could be signs that a child will be a psychopath in the future. These warning signs could be signs of an antisocial personality disorder, psychopathy, or something else.

They’re Filled With Excuses and Lies: We all lie at some point in our life, but what makes a psychopath different from the rest of us is the intensity and frequency of the lie. Never forget that a psychopath will always serve their own interests no matter what. So these lies serve a purpose in the end for them, no matter how ridiculous they may seem.

They Love Looking Down At People: Did you know that because they possess low self-esteem and insecurity issues, a psychopath will do everything in their power to belittle people. They know all the right buttons to push with people, and in the end you will find yourself apologizing for things that are far from the truth or reality. This is also a sign of a narcissist.

They’re Hypocrites: psychology experts state that psychopaths, narcissists, and sociopaths can are typically charmers, they know what to say and do in order to get on everyone’s good side. But the minute you turn your back to them, they will stab you in the back. They also possess the ability to play the victim or the nurturer. If someone catches wind that they have been gossiping about them, a psychopath will almost immediately play the victim card. Or they will play the nurturer card, even if the person they are nurturing is sad because of something they deliberately did to them.

They Have Many Sides: psychopathic behavior is always changing. They use different personas depending on the situation. They can go from a happy, go-lucky person to a repulsive angry person in a matter of seconds. They can be the most compassionate person towards you, and then the moment someone else is around, they can turn their back on you like it was nothing. These actions are red flags because they do not fit the normal personality frame.

Drama Queens: They never like taking responsibility for their own behavior. So they tend to toss the blame onto other people and avoid admitting they’re wrong. They will do everything in their power to convince you that their story checks out and will deny any fault that may be possible.

Manipulators: one major sign of an antisocial personality disorder is someone who persistently lies, according to the Mayo Clinic. People with this type of personality disorder are very skilled at this craft so you really need to be aware of this sign. They will do whatever it takes to force the blame on you in order to get out of any situation. Don’t feel like you are the only target, you need to realize that everyone is a target to a psychopath. They love attention and being liked, but can’t stand when things do not go their way. This type of trait is also very common in a narcissist.

Excessive Anger: A psychopath or something with an antisocial personality disorder is someone who models excessive anger no matter who they’re with or what they are doing. In a relationship it might be verbal abuse. Outside of a relationship you might notice that they have constant road rage. This might be hard to detect because of their constant change in personalities. But if you look for patterns and consistency, you’ll be able to stay true to this sign.

Empaths Vs Sociopaths

I am an Empath. A Sheep Dog. I stand for and fight for the helpless, the little guy, the little gal, especially those that have been victims of ponzi scams, pyramid schemes and MLM in general. Abused in marriage and betrayed in business. Raised with neglect and abuse. Falsely accused and betrayed by loved ones.

1 Peter 5:2-4 – “Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly,[a] not for dishonest gain but eagerly; 3 nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; 4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.”

I am the enemy of the Narcissist, Sociopath, and Psychopaths.

In today's culture, 1 in 25 people have become one of these apparitions.

***********************************************************

Biblical Passages regarding the Narcissist, Sociopath, and Psychopaths:

They exalt themselves no matter what it takes. They will go as far as ruining another person and the person's reputation to make themselves look good.

Luke 18:14b – “for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” See v.9-14

Luke 11:46 - “And He said, “Woe to you also, lawyers! For you load men with burdens hard to bear, and you yourselves do not touch the burdens with one of your fingers.”

Matt. 5:21-22 - “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder,[a] and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.’ 22 But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause[b]shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, ‘Raca!’ shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, ‘You fool!’ shall be in danger of hell fire.

***********************************************************

I have been at war with Narcissist, Sociopaths, and Psychopaths my entire life.

If you have been hurt by narcissists, I will pray for you. It is in God’s hands, and if you accept Jesus into your heart and put your faith in Him, God will be on your side. God is with you. God will also lift you up, He will heal you, and He will bless you. You will also be a blessing to others. Your testimony and your story will bless others.

Narcissists have their consciences seared, and they are unrepentant. These scriptures show that unless they repent, they are headed for hell. Having a seared conscience, which describes a narcissist, they don’t see anything wrong with what they do. They do all kinds of evil, appear to look good, and their conscience is so seared, that they will not see the evil they are doing. They will lie to cover up their evil deeds and think nothing of it.

Many of us have been hurt by narcissists and their likes, and facing them can feel like facing the devil himself. God knows who they are. God knows what is truly going on. They may fool men, but they cannot fool God. God will give them their justice.

God loves you, and I am praying for you.

20 Traits Of A Psychopath

You can spot any psychopath by looking for these warnings. When you picture a psychopath, usually the image you think of is a weapon-wielding individual with a crazed look in their eye. That’s the image that popular culture has portrayed, but how accurate is that definition?

Music:

Summary:
20 Lack of guilt: A psychopath will not feel guilty for his or her behavior, even if it hurts the people around them. Watch out for this clear cut sign of a psychopath before it’s too late!

19) Lack of empathy: A psychopath is unable to place themselves in another person’s shoes or see things from their perspective if it is not beneficial for them.

18) Enjoy making others feel guilty: One obvious warning sign that you may be dealing with a psychopath is that they like to manipulate people’s emotions in order to get them to do what they want.

17) Only value themselves: The only reason a psychopath will do anything is to benefit themselves.

16) Believe they are better than others: They tend to lie about things and sometimes even convince themselves of these lies so that they can see themselves in a better light.

15) Liars: Psychopaths will lie to make themselves look better, even going so far as to make up complete lies about their past, their lifestyle, and their relationships.

14) Often well-liked: Because of their manipulation skills, they can convince almost anyone that they are good people, making them seem likeable when in all reality they are extremely evil.

13) Lack of accountability for their actions: They feel no responsibility whatsoever and will stop at nothing to get what they want.

12) Early behavioral problems: Most psychopaths have a long history of manipulative and questionable activity. This type of behavior typically starts early on in a person’s life, and only gets worse as they grow into adults.

11) Juvenile delinquency: A study shows that youth with high psychopathic traits start engaging in criminal activities earlier in life, come into contact with the justice system earlier in life, and have higher levels of conduct disorder, behavior problems, and delinquent behaviors.

10) Walking contradiction: This is because psychopaths lie about almost everything. They tend to get caught up in their lies and contradict themselves regularly because of this.

9) Don’t believe that rules apply to them: Much like narcissists, they are so self-centered that they believe they are not held to the same standards as others.

8) Shallow emotions: This means that events that may engender an emotional response from a neurotypical may have little to no effect on a psychopath. That, however, does not prevent them from feigning these emotions in order to fit in or manipulate.

7) Rage: Of the few emotional responses that have been attributed to psychopaths is anger, which appears to be intact and perhaps enhanced in psychopathy according to one study published in the journal Frontiers in Human Neuroscience.

6) Unfazed: Psychopaths are unfazed not only by social, moral, or legal consequences of their actions.

5) Sucker for thrills: A psychopath is also partial to adrenaline-inducing activities. Some of the crime that they commit is also as a result of them seeking a thrill.

4) Short personal space: Individuals with high levels of ‘cold-heartedness’ preferred shorter interpersonal distances.

3) Need for stimulation/proneness to boredom: If a psychopath gets bored and feels the need to be exhilarated, they may feel the need to do something dangerous to relieve their boredom.

2) Parasitic lifestyle: Meaning they will leech off those around them and take credit for accomplishments achieved by others.

1) Lack of realistic long-term goals: Because of their inflated sense of self, they have a tendency to establish unattainable goals.
