How to Count Your Calories to Lose Weight Fast and See Results! No More Excuses!

There is NO SECRET to LOSING WEIGHT. It's all about CALORIES CONSUMPTION. If you want to lose weight, the calories you burn per day needs to be more / greater than the calories you consume.
If you can, grab a paper, pen and a calculator and this video will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know in regards to LOSING WEIGHT!

You will discover how much your body needs a day in order to lose 5, 10, 15, or even 20 pounds and more!

I have made this video as detailed and as simple to understand as possible in order for you to ACTUALLY START seeing RESULTS. Hence, the video is quite long because I want you to benefit from it.

I have broken down the process into 5 SIMPLE STEPS or what I call 5As.

1) Attainable Goal - How much weight do you want to lose and by when?

2) Aware & Know Your BMR -- BMR is how many calories your body burns in a day at rest. There are 2 formulas to calculate your BMR:

English BMR Formula
Women: BMR = 655 + (4.35 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) -- (4.7 x age in years)

Men: BMR = 66 + (6.23 x weight in pounds) + (12.7 x height in inches) -- (6.8 x age in year)

Metric BMR Formula
Women: BMR = 655 + (9.6 x weight in kilos) + (1.8 x height in cm) -- (4.7 x age in years)

Men: BMR = 66 + (13.7 x weight in kilos) + (5 x height in cm) -- (6.8 x age in years)

3) Activity level - How active are you? Do you do any exercises?

4) Application -- NOW is the time to KNOW how much calories you need to eat/burn a day to lose weight. Please watch the video as I'll be guiding you through step by step.

5) Attitude -- Just like anything in life, have a POSITIVE attitude and be FOCUS. Take Action NOW towards your journey of losing weight. Don't give up and you will get there!

How to Lose Weight WITHOUT Counting Calories!!

In this video, I’m going to show you how to lose weight without ever having to count calories again. One thing I hear all the time is “how do you stay so lean year round”. People assume you have to eat like a bird or be hunched over a scale calculating every crumb you put onto your plate. The reality of the situation couldn’t be any further from that. I don’t really give nutrition that much thought anymore because I’ve been using the same effective approach for the past decade and it has allowed me to stay lean and ripped year in and year out for over 20 years now.

One of the reasons people get nutrition wrong is that they are overwhelmed by choices. Low carb, low fat, Keto, IF, IIFYM, the carnivore diet. Which is the best? What about calories in / calories out? Just measuring everything and entering it into an app? Where do you start? Which one works…and which one works the fastest? The truth is, they all ‘work’. From a purely scientific perspective they’re all accomplishing the same goal, limiting the amount of calories that you consume. They’re just doing it different ways.

The problem creeps in when you’re stuck with an eating plan that doesn’t really fit your lifestyle for the long term and you end up abandoning it for your old, unhealthy way of eating. You know, the one which got you out of shape in the first place.

I realize that there are people who choose to do specific diet plans because of potential health benefits that they might enjoy. For example, some people who suffer from inflammation have reported having relief with a Ketogenic approach. If your meal plan is meeting your personal needs and your health goals; it’s fine with me. More power to you. I’m not trying to convert people to my way of eating.

For the majority of people out there however, they just want to look good, get leaner and maybe even carve out a six pack. For them, no matter what they do they often end up right back to where they started from often with an additional few extra pounds. If that’s you, you should give my easy to follow approach a try. It’s worked for me and it’s what I have all of my pro athletes doing.

To start I divide my plate into thirds and dedicate a full third to my preferred protein. The remainder of the plate is divided up again for carbs with twice as many fibrous carbs occupying space compared to starchy carbs. For an example of this, be sure and check out the video where I demonstrate how I divide the plate and also show some specific meals I eat. It’s also important to mention that just because you’ve divided your plate up correctly doesn’t give you license to start stacking it higher and higher. That would defeat the purpose.

You might be wondering how this could possibly work, how could he be eating pasta and rice without measuring or entering data into a calorie counting app to ensure he’s staying up on his macros. The fact is, if you’re making a conscious effort to fill your plate the way I describe, the rest sort of automatically falls into place.

Fibrous carbs will provide you with the vitamins and minerals, your protein needs as an athlete are going to be met as we’ve prioritized protein by giving it the most real estate on our plate. To ensure you have plenty of energy (and your sanity) you’re still getting plenty of access to delicious carbs like rice, potatoes, pasta, couscous etc…

Eating to be healthy and lean doesn’t have to be complicated, if you’ve found yourself banging your head against the wall trying to decide between wether you can eat breakfast or you should be writing off rice for the rest of your life, give my approach a shot. In even a few short weeks I bet you start to see a difference. What’s best, your going to get results without having to put forth all that much effort.

Believe it or not, 30 minutes of aerobics, hiking or jogging only burns 200 calories…that’s less than one cup of non fat yogurt! Usually when we think we are burning off lots of calories, we really aren’t. This is why people get fatter and fatter and wonder why.

So what are the best calorie burning exercises we can do at home or the office without going to the gym?

The best one by far is…

(High Intensity Interval Training) is any kind of high intensity exercise where you are pushed to the max, then you recover for a minute, then you do it again. One of the best is sprinting- running as fast as you possibly can- sprint, recover, sprint, recover. Interval training for 20-30 minutes is more effective than running steady for an hour. HIIT raises HGH, raises fat burning, raises testosterone, raises resting metabolism for up to 24 hours after HIIT. When paired with Intermittent fasting , HIIT becomes a even more effective

TRUTH: Of course doing the workout above for JUST 5 minutes will not burn 500 calories but doing the workout for 20-to-40 minutes will burn 500 calories (even if you only do it for just 10 minutes) because...

The afterburner effect where your body continues to burn calories for hours after an intense workout will certainly burn 500+ each day you do this work out but...

Do not do this work out or any other intense workout every day. Only do it 2-to-4 times per week to start with working your way up to 3-to-5 times per week.

Here is a basic outline of this work out here:
1. Run 20 Seconds
2. Rest 10 Seconds
3. Jumping Jacks 20 Seconds
4. Rest 10 Seconds
5. Ski Steps 20 Seconds
6. Rest 10 Seconds
7. Push-Up & Jump 20 Seconds
8. Rest 10 Seconds
9. Repeat 1-thru-7
10. Rest 1 minute
11. Repeat 1-thru-10 1-to-3 more time

As you can see from the above 11 steps you do not have to do jumping jacks, running, ski steps or push-ups you can plug in any exercise of your own. If you are able you can use a treadmill, bike, sledgehammer and do those things with an all-out intensity for 20 seconds.

You can expect to lose a lot of weight doing this workout but generally every 4-to-6 weeks expect to lose 10 pounds doing this workout but of course the more overweight you are or the more weight you have to lose = you will lose weight much faster so at first for example...

You may end up losing 10-to-20 pounds your first 4-to-6 weeks but once you get to a point where you have only 10 pounds left to lose you can then reasonably expect to lose less than 2 pounds a week with some weeks of you losing nothing at all but just hang in there.

Common sense should also tell you that you need to eat right as well. This workout burns a lot of calories but it also is not a magic workout that allows you to eat as much as you want without losing weight so make sure you DO NOT watch what you eat but how much you eat instead
